Trader Blinds uses UPS, FedEx and USPS at our discretion. For this reason, we request that shipping address always be a physical address.  No PO Boxes. Currently, shipping is restricted to the USA, lower 48.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also log into your account at any time and see the current status of your order.

Returns Policy

All custom blinds are 100% guaranteed to be received exactly as ordered. If you receive an item that differs from your order, contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange for that item to be returned to us and a replacement sent to you at no charge.

Because of the nature of custom ordered products, returns can not be accepted for measuring mistakes or color issues. If you have any questions about the measurement or installation of custom window blinds, please call our customer service department and we will be glad to help.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

Color Disclaimer

Due to variances among color monitors the colors that appear on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product. Minor variations in color are not covered in our return policy.

There are natural variances in the wood's color, grain, etc. that cause dye lots to vary in color. Although we consider these variances to be minimal there is no way to assure an exact color with stained wood blinds. If you are ordering real wood blinds with a stained color finish be sure to purchase all your blinds at the same time so they are manufactured from the same dye lot. We will only guarantee a color match for blinds that are purchased together on the same order.

Natural wood shades are made from bamboo, rattan, reeds, jutes, and other natural woods. Because they are a natural product the colors can vary substantially between dye lots. If you are ordering natural wood shades and you want them to match make certain you purchase all of your shades at the same time so they are manufactured from the same material lot. We will only guarantee a color match for shades that are purchased together on the same order.
